Inside the app

Everything you need to keep going

Small, steady steps add up. Time4Work keeps your plan, your focus and your calm in one place.

  • A roadmap made for you

Pick who you are and get a ready plan of phases, topics and projects. Rename anything, add your own steps and notes, and tick them off as you go.

  • Focused study sprints

Choose 25, 45 or 60 minutes, or your own length. Pick a phase or a single topic, start with a one-minute breathing warm-up, and focus.

  • Guided breathing

4-7-8, Box and Calm 5-5 patterns for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, with a soft orb that grows and shrinks with every breath.

  • Mood check-ins

Tell Time4Work how you feel today and get a suggestion that fits: a hard topic when you are energised, breathing first when you are stressed.

  • Streaks and progress

Set a daily goal, keep a streak for showing up, and see your last seven days of study minutes and moods at a glance.

  • Your language, your way

Use it in Hinglish, English or Hindi, in light or dark, with four text sizes. Your progress is saved to your account on every device.
